The study Fatshark has announced the delay of Warhammer 40,000: Darktide until spring 2022. The title was planned for sometime this year with a release planned in PC y Xbox Series X/S, included from opening day on Xbox Game Pass. Martin Wahlund, CEO and co-founder of the Swedish firm, has explained that the coronavirus pandemic has affected development and that they will use the extra time to offer a more polished game.
“Today we have made the difficult decision to move our release date from Warhammer 40,000: Darktide to the spring of 2022, “can be read in a statement posted on Twitter on the afternoon of July 15.” We have a responsibility to offer the best game we can, and frankly, we need more time to meet that goal. “
