Guilty Gear Strive: Its new open beta starts on May 14
The aim of the study Arc System Works with this new beta test is the collect feedback and opinions by the players, in order to continue polishing the game for its launch. When the delay in its release date, which was originally planned for April 9, was announced, the development team confirmed that they needed more time to “iron out” certain aspects of Guilty Gear Strive. Issues such as online lobbies or server stability are some of the facets of the title that they want to continue improving.
“We believe that it is better to use the extra time to improve the quality of the game and provide a better experience to all our players “, conclude the developers. The truth is that this is not the first time that Guilty Gear Strive has to say goodbye to a release date: last May the game also had to forget to debut in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, and was thus taking a leap towards 2021 to reach the market.
Online lobbies or server stability will be aspects that Arc System Works will polish before launch.
Players, on the other hand, can get hold of the Deluxe and Ultimate editions of Guilty Gear Strive: These purchase options include a three-day early access to the title, which offers all fighters and modes of the final version. From Arc System Works they have proposed that this new installment of their fighting saga represents a “revolution”, so it is understandable that they want to leave each aspect of the game well resolved.
“It is called to be one of the great fighting games of this and the years to come.”, we write in our impressions. We remind you that the title aims to debut the June 11 on PC, PS4 and PS5.
