Described as a spiritual successor to Hexen II, showing off the retro style of 1998, the video game DIG It is already available in the early access phase on PC both through Steam and in the Epic Games Store and GOG, for a price of 20.99 euros in Spain. 3D Realms, 1C Entertainment and the study Slipgate Ironworks have been in charge of setting up this project, which aims to debut this year on computers and consoles Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One y Xbox Series X. “For 3D Realms, early access has been critical to ensuring that we create the best possible games for fans of classic titles like Witches“said 3D Realms Vice President and Chief Executive Officer DIG, Frederik Schreiber, in a press release. “The reception of the demonstration of DIG at Steam Game Festival blew us away, and now early access will bring even more depth to the Cruxfirth“.

The game, meanwhile, invites us to deal with all kinds of supernatural phenomena unleashed by cults and insane sinners. Players will step into the shoes of a Priest of the Orthogonal Order who, after seeing his adopted daughter used in a human sacrifice as part of a ritual, is exiled for attacking one of his brothers. Now, he has a mission entrusted by the Creator himself: eradicate the evils that corrupt not only the Order, but creation itself.

The atmosphere of the game is a dark and fantasy medieval world, where mechanics such as action, exploration and puzzles with elements of the RPG genre. We will find more than 30 different enemies in our path, and to defend ourselves we will have our spell book to unleash incantations and magic. These spells will serve us both for combat and for solve puzzles and discover secrets on stage. In our arsenal we will also find more than 20 weapons and new crystals to unlock new skills.

We remind you that GRAVEN is available starting today in early access from Steam, Epic Games and GOG for a price of 20.99 euros. It is also expected to debut on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X this year.
